Due to a motley collection of our products and also for keeping the shipping costs low, we provide flat rate shipping via USPS or UPS. Rest assured! At Treasures By Tabeer, you would still be paying less for the products than what you would pay elsewhere with “free shipping.”

Bay Area customers who wish to save on their shipping cost may call and arrange for pick up.

Returns & Exchanges

Treasures By Tabeer will gladly entertain returns and exchanges, provided the items to be returned are unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.
All returns and exchanges will only be processed if requested within ten days of the original receipt.
To request any returns or exchange, please fill out and submit the return/exchange form. Once you receive an email from Treasures By Tabeer acknowledging the receipt of the return/exchange form, you can return your items.
The customer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping unless arranged otherwise.
The customer is also responsible for any loss or damage incurred by items during return shipment, so please ensure that the items to be returned/exchanged are securely packed and sent via trackable mail.
If you receive a damaged item, then please email at treasuresbytabeer@gmail.com within two days of the delivery along with your order number and a picture of the product.
For a smooth and easy return/exchange, please send an email at treasuresbytabeer@gmail.com along with your order number and tracking number for the return shipment.
